In this role you will…
Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs)
which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with
clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective
customers
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing
activities
Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and
in line with Quality Assurance standards
Update customer information in the database
Note: Relevant training will be provided
Requirement:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level/SPM equivalent
Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or
the financial services sector preferred
Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an
added advantage
