Our client, a leading luxury watch retailer in Southeast Asia. It offers a wide range of timepieces and is known for exceptional customer service and exclusive collaborations. they are looking for an Accounts Executive (Inventory).
Job Scope
• Checking of invoices and receipts daily and post purchase orders.
• Inventory purchase rebate computation.
• Submission of sales report to landlords.
• Monitor inventory movement and conduct monthly stock reconciliations.
• Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
• Conduct yearly stock count.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and adjustments.
• Ensure all inventory-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of inventory-related documents.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as boutiques and operations to optimize inventory-related workflows.
• Ad-hoc duties and tasks when assigned.
Job Summary
- Salary details : $2,000 ~ $3,500
- Working Days and Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Location of work: Orchard
Requirements
- Min Diploma with some experience in inventory
- Singaporean
