- Manage all daily operations run smoothly
- Workflow are being in place and prepare reports for the submission to the various stakeholders
- Support department projects or assignments when needed
- Any other duties as assigned by the department

Qualification & experience
- Recognised Diploma in any disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office, good planning and organization skills
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
