Analyst, Loan Operations & Agency (1 year contract)

• Process loan and guarantee transactions
• Posting of transactions into Bank's systems
• Preparation of payment orders (SWIFT) for disbursement
• Handle Applications for Loans
• Monitor loan/guarantee maturity, commitment fee payments, etc.
• Performing other administrative duties related to loan processing
• To handle ad-hoc projects 

Overview of Division/Department
Loan Operations & Agency (LOA) comprises of Loans, Guarantee team & Agency team. LOA is responsible for the booking of loans, guarantees, invoice discount financing and securities into G-Base, effecting payments via SWIFT, etc.

• A degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written/spoken English
• Good interpersonal skills, team player
• Diligent, meticulous and able to multi-task
