Application Developer and Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications aligned with business requirements.
• Perform analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and performance.
• Create and execute SQL and PL/SQL scripts for application development and data processing.
• Utilize Unix scripting for automation, monitoring, and other operational tasks.
• Schedule, monitor, and manage jobs using Control-M or similar batch scheduling tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug applications and processes.
• Familiarity with financial services domain is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
