Overview:
The Assistant Manager, HR CoE Employee Engagement (EE) is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating strategies and initiatives to enhance employee experience, listening and engagement. This role works closely with senior leaders and cross Institutional EE teams to strengthen employee engagement as OneNUHS.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Listening:
    • Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and Employee Experience (EX) Survey – Plan and roll out EES & EX communication, reporting and follow-up action plans with stakeholders
    • Staff Suggestion – Monitor, analyse and report staff feedback received through NUHS staff suggestion page and internal employee mobile app. Ensure all feedback/suggestions loop are closed in a timely manner. Upkeep and manage data for analysis.
    • Employee Listening Platforms: Organise, facilitate and follow-up on  Engagement Sessions and Townhalls.
  2. Employee Engagement:
    • Support and Manage cluster and HQ level staff engagement events and committees.
    • Facilitate stakeholders engagement through leading and managing internal taskforce and project committees to align and cascade EE initiatives and follow-up actions.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on EES and EX Survey key findings and recommendations.
  4. EE Budget and Vendor Management
    • Plan and manage EE budget
    • Manage vendors and procurement process for EE initiatives and events

 

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3  years of experience in employee engagement, benefits and wellness , HR Business Partner or related domain.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in HR data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
