Our sector Customer Support takes responsibility for the installation, qualification, maintenance and continuous improvement of our systems at customer location. Its mission is to deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction.
Associate Engineer is to provide efficient and quality PM service, logistic & administration support to the customer and enable sr. engineer to focus on technical diagnosis, structure issues and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer location.
Role and responsibilities
- Able to be on site at customer locations to perform shift duties
- Perform equipment PM and conduct routine entry level service actions
- Prepare tools and parts for service actions
- Use existing procedures to perform predefined hardware actions & work assignment
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles
- Support in-fab logistic to fill in engineering information for parts /tools return
- Able to work independently with a limited degree of supervision
- Guide and support new team members; may assist in their formal orientation and training
- Achieve full proficiency in specialty of technical processes or procedures through ASML job-related training and considerable work experiences
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation/5S in the cleanroom
- Provide administration support /daily operation system update
Education and experience
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineer or equivalent engineering discipline
- Fresh Diploma graduates / Higher NITEC with 1-2 years’ experience in the engineering field

Other information
- Able to work 12-hours rotating shift
- Able to do standby duty
- Able to travel overseas on short notic
