About the Role
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing campaigns for our client's B2B products and events, with the goal of increasing awareness, adoption, and revenue:
Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, including product, sales, and cross-functional teams, to take deliver B2B product campaigns from start to end
Manage projects for thought leadership, products, and events, including sales enablement and evergreen material
Brief-in omni-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid media and print, from the initial brief to finished product and delivery
Handle project briefs and work with the internal brand team to implement, ensuring all design requirements are scoped and delivered on time
Work with cross-functional teams to produce messaging that differentiates our B2B products from competitors and resonates with target accounts
Produce reports on the effectiveness of B2B product marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimisation
Assist with the commissioning and creation of cross-promotional marketing materials related to B2B partnerships
Ensure all B2B-related product assets and landing pages are up to date with relevant information
Commission content for B2B-focused event activities, including promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets
Enhance and strengthen the attended experience (both in-person and virtual) for B2B events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of B2B marketing plans and tactics
Attend in-house events to enhance the B2B on-site experience for our client's B2B initiatives, including external partners, sponsors, and accounts
Implement marketing strategies and tactics that will drive the value of sponsorship across client's events
Ensure all online presence and marketing materials related to B2B-events is up to date with relevant information
Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years marketing experience required
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Bachelors degree in, writing, journalism, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience required
Exceptional attention to detail, enthusiasm and initiative, and ability to bring fresh ideas into marketing campaigns
Great copywriting skills and good eye for creative direction
Product and event marketing experience, with proven delivery and schedule management
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and reporting
Open to travel to key events across multiple regions (approximately 20% travel)
Experienced with Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar CRMs, and marketing automation tools
Previous experience in financial services sector, anti-financial crime, international relations, higher education, or related industry experience is a plus
Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin; Japanese, Korean, or other European languages are a plus
