Job Description:

• Understand business processes & define the business requirements in the form of use cases / user stories.
• Design IT solutions together with relevant IT and other teams that will met business requirements and timelines.
• Deliver IT solutions in accordance to relevant IT policies & frameworks.
• Provide & share knowledge to other team members.
• Create Test cases & test plan.
• Write SQL scripts to test ETL results.
• Write scripts to regression test the ETL iterations already completed.
• Test execution working closely with the regional team.
• Provide inputs to quality assurance metrics on testing progress and open defect counts.
• Follow organization QA standards, templates and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Information Technology, Actuarial Science or relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 4 years of working experience in software development quality assurance.
• Hands-on in MS SQL. Should be an expert in MS SQL queries and scripting.
• Hands-on experience in testing ETL systems is mandatory.
• Candidate should be able to create executable scripts for regression testing purposes.
• Experience in testing SSIS ETL mappings is good to have.
• Life insurance background.
• Exposure to finance or actuarial concepts is advantageous.
