The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Assistant.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Assistant will contribute to various projects, including commercial prospection missions, business matching, market studies, trade shows (French Pavilions), visit and conference schedules for company delegations, study trips, seminars, and learning expeditions
Key Responsibilities:
Information:
- Respond to inquiries and requests from companies based in France
-Provide advice to these same companies on various aspects (market insights, regulations, and business environment) and make a follow-up
Commercial support:
-Provide support to the team in charge of prospecting, market analysis and other missions
-Write activity reports related to commercial missions
-Update and enhance content for various resources (database, brochures, sectorial sheets, etc.)
- Participate in client briefings
-Preparation of a list of prospects
- Engage with potential customers via email or phone
-Realization of market studies
-Preparation of files (sectorial information, schedule of appointments, description of prospects) before mission
-Accompany clients to business meetings
-Provide post-mission commercial assistance
-Admin follow-up : prepare and send the order and the standard contract, payment follow-up before the mission starts
-Update monitoring tools for the mission activity (CRM and reporting files)
Organization of webinars, digital events or exhibitions :
-Help with operational, logistical and administrative organization
-Various collective operations on different sectors (Health, Cleantech, Retail, Agrotech) in person or digitally: collective information sessions, organization of BtoB meetings, etc.
-Various thematic webinars (Health, Cleantech, fintech, Retail, Industry 4.0, Agrotech)
-Promote the events by identifying, contacting, and following up with potential participants
-Be the point of contact for exhibitors/participants
-Assist and promote the services of Team France Export and the Chamber in general
