Channel Marketing Intern
Responsibilities
Marketing Operations support:
- Provide daily marketing and administrative support, including invoice verification, data entry, perform logistics and warehouse management to ebsure timely inventory updates, stock replenishment, and on-time delivery for offline events.
- Maintain and update in database and automation tools, ensuring in data accuracy and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Assist marketing teams in preparing reports and data analysis, providing key findings and insights.
- Support other relevant marketing initiatives including offline activations and roadshows as needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
KOL Marketing support:
- Assisting in the production of marketing visuals and briefs for various KOL campaigns.
- Updating KOLs with information and collaborating with them to post trendy content in their private groups daily.
- Supporting content creation with CPS KOLs to ensure a continuous flow of new promotional material for moomoo.
- Assisting in the execution of KOL online and offline campaigns to ensure adherence to timelines.

RequirementsRequirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, marketing or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Good with numbers, computer and data analysis.
- Have an interest in influencer marketing, or trend follower on social media is a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work both independently and within the team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stackholders.
- Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Full-time interns are preferred (ideally 6 months)
