As a Chartering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of chartering operations within our company. You will play a key role in managing vessel chartering activities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient transportation of goods by sea. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of shipping operations, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in the maritime industry.



Requirements

  • -Minimum of 5 years of experience in vessel chartering or maritime operations, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
  • -Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, charter party agreements, and maritime industry practices.
  • -Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes and build mutually beneficial relationships.
  • -Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret market trends and performance metrics.
  • -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • -Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing chartering operations and driving business growth.
