- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding / Transportation
- Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)
- Working Location: Central
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday (9AM – 6.30PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,200 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, carriers, transporters, and agents to manage sea and air import and export shipments
- Address client requests and service issues, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Prepare booking confirmations, Bills of Lading, and invoices for clients
- Manage shipping paperwork, including import/export documents, BL, and permit declarations
- Handle inquiries and bookings via phone and email, and provide customer quotations.
- Utilize systems like Portnet and TradeNet for efficient operations
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Experience in Shipping/Logistics within the freight forwarding industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and negotiations diplomatically.
- Basic understanding of international trade, shipping regulations, and documentation.
- Ability to problem-solve and provide timely resolution to customer issues
