Design Associate (Interior / Interior Architecture)

We are exclusively working with a leading and award winning architecture and design practice from the UK currently mandated with a high profiled project within the hospitality space. They are expanding for an Associate level design lead to be the forefront in managing and developing luxury projects with a commitment to quality innovative design. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Guide the project design team to produce high-quality, bespoke projects that exceed client expectations.
• Creative Vision: Bring your strong aesthetic sense to shape project styles and oversee immaculate design presentations.
• Management: Inspire and mentor team members while managing project deadlines and ensuring organized workflows.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships with current clients, vendors and support new business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
• Minimum 8+ Years experience
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Able to articulate creativity and design implementation
• Hospitality and high end projects would be an advantage
