Ensuring short term and long-term success of the account
Overseeing the delivery of large, complex programs within the organization
Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Client's offerings
Defining the project scope, and planning through delivery of assigned product and related product releases
Ensuring all projects in the account meet defined guidelines of governance, standards and best practices
Suggesting and owning delivery methodology, resourcing requirements, governance mechanism and proposed solution in accordance to the high-level requirements
Conceptualizing and executing workshops internally and with customers on technology and business topics to identify new solution areas and use cases
Effectively managing program(s) through development of robust schedules, change control, and risk mitigation
Owning the health of the account on all key metrics (risk, scope, schedule, quality, resources, finance, and customer satisfaction)
Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case
Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance
Requirements
15+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years of project management experience.
Strong understanding of technology and the ability to deep dive into a technology problem
The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects or accounts simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup.
Strong understanding of agile metrics and processes
Good Understanding in Retail and CPG domain.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, helping them develop their skills and capabilities and achieve project success."
Strong experience in delivering 10-15 million accounts
BE / BTECH / ME / MTECH / MCA / MBA – Preferably from a top university.
Experience in managing complex and highly technical development projects.
Experience with technical leadership and end to end development
Strong background in project management, consulting and cross-group collaboration skills.
Ability to think innovatively; adapt and drive new best practices.
Balanced approach that aligns business goals with customer and people satisfaction
Ability to convey a message in a simple and structured manner, customized to the audience and to the mode of communication
