Electrical Manager (Building M&E)

Job scope

During project

•      To prepare shop drawings, ‘AS-Built” drawings and Materials Bill of Quantities required for the project
  
•    To manage internal company workers, sub-contractors and product vendors work execution
  
•  To monitor M&E equipment migration/replacement and troubleshooting
  
  

Site management

·                To attend site meeting n inspection ,co ordinate site work

·                To handle main contractor for issue resolution

·                To plan works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.

·                To ensure health and safety procedure are adhered to.

·                Check/develop electrical engineering on single line diagram, equipment selection, commissioning, and handover of project.

Requirements

•     Diploma n above in electrical engineering n project management.
  

•   5 years experience in M&E  electrical project management
  
• Understand SCADA PLC system.
