Executive – Logistics and Estate Management

•         Inspect, maintain, repair, and replace building mechanical and electrical systems.

•         Access control systems, building heating and refrigeration systems, fire detection and protection systems, and other building mechanical and electrical systems.

•         Arrangement of all logistics support including transport, cleaning, catering and accommodation services.

•         Liaison for external agencies and vendors including Pest Control, Air Cond, and PUB, contractors and government bodies for inspections

•         Maintenance and set up of venue spaces for performances and activities

•         Hands-on involvement in wide range of tasks, such as painting, carpentry, pest control, landscaping, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.

•         Management of Construction services and supervising ongoing works

•         Venue Booking and Facilities Management

•         Complete tracking and maintenance of accurate records and documents

Requirements

• Knowledge and hands on experience on building and maintenance related activities
  
• Ability to look at the root cause and ensure resolution
  
• Quick turnaround time on resolving issues and complaints
  
• Proactive mindset
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  
• Ability to look at the past events and plan accordingly to ensure smooth operations

• Proficiency in MS Excel
