The mission of this role is to position Glints as a thought leader in the talent and recruitment space, enabling Glints to be the preferred solutions partner for employers in Singapore and Hong Kong as the key geographical focus, with potential additional coverage in Australia and China.
You will drive a diverse range of 360 marketing channels including social media, blogs, performance marketing, partnerships, online and offline events.
In this full-funnel marketing role that reports to the Commercial Director, your role is pivotal in driving impactful full-funnel, multi-channel B2B marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning, orchestrating execution, and optimizing marketing initiatives to build brand and service awareness, engage the target audience, generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales conversions throughout the customer journey.
As a strong initiator and people manager, you will drive the team towards quality execution and achieving great outcomes. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing and empowering teams to realize their full potential, ultimately contributing to Glints' mission of connecting Southeast Asia talent with cross-border career opportunities.
