The job holder oversees the scope of Maintenance & Reliability within the Site Engineering function. Incumbent will report to Head of Site Engineering and Maintenance in our new Modulus plant.

Main responsibilities

• Overall plant reliability, advocate for site reliability program
• Maintenance value, cost effectiveness, safety
• Spare parts and service provider management
• Continuous improvement and efficiency opportunities
• Calibration and periodic qualification programs
• Responsible for staffing (talent, sizing, performance)
• Responsible for reliability strategy and processes (FMEA, RCA, CAPAs)
• Responsible for workflows for work order management
• Responsible for reliability input for projects, LTAP input to CAPEX plan
• Responsible for identification of reliability/maintainability/HSE improvements
• HSE performance (injury rates, near misses, pSIFs)
• Equipment & facility reliability (including financial impacts)
• Compliance (deviations, CAPA, change ctrl, training)
• Site maintenance spend (budget, headcount, parts, services)
• Standard work order and reliability engineering metrics

About You

Skills & Experience

• Engineering degree or equivalent (advanced/MBA preferred)
• People manager skills (talent, performance, development)
• Training or certification in maintenance/reliability/metrology
• Budgeting and financial control
• Strategic planning and objectives management
