The Company:

A leading logistics company is expanding the team and is looking for Helpdesk Engineers.

The Role:
1. Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers experiencing issues via email, phone calls and live chat.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, guide users through solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Proactively engage with customers to promote the use of applications, highlighting their benefits and features.
   - Educate users on software functionalities and encourage the adoption of new features.
4. Actively gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences.
   - Document and categorize customer feedback, ensuring clarity and detail.
   - Regularly report customer feedback to the application owner for improvements.



Requirements
  • With 2-3 years' experience in a Customer Technology and applications support related role with helpdesk experience.
  • Good working knowledge of web-based and eCom, CRM, logistics applications.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
