DescriptionWe are looking for future aspiring HR practitioners with an interest in HR digitalization, employee development and talent management to be an HR intern in our team. The HR Intern will be responsible to assist to support the HR team in daily activities and gain exposure to various HR-related operations. The HR Intern will be assigned to participate in an HR transformation project involving workflows and help to work on improving and updating HR SOP documentation.
5 to 6 months internship.
Requirements - Assist in HR digitalization and transformation projects
- Review and be involved in the creation and updating of HR policies and processes documentation using workflow tools
- Assist in various HR operations tasks and preparation of relevant HR Related Reporting
- Participate in organizing with the HR Team for employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Participate in talent acquisition tasks and activities for internal hiring needs
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.
Qualifications and Skills set:
- Express keen interest in discovering HR and its core functions
- Pursuing study in Diploma or Degree in Human Resources related discipline
- Interest in IT technologies and how it applies in HR Function
- Able to multitask with strong organizational skills
- Professional company representation
- High level of integrity and sensitivity in managing confidential information
- Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively across various levels
- Good written English
- Initiative-taking and strong attention to details
