· Develop and implement a global sales
strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
· Build and manage a team of sales
professionals and aftersales engineers to drive sales growth and solve clients’
issues.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(e.g., R&D, operations) to ensure effective sales execution.
· Identify new business opportunities and
establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Negotiate and close complex sales deals
with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
· Analyze market trends and competitor
activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
· Prepare and present sales reports,
forecasts, and budgets to management.
· Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering,
Optical, Business or related field.
· Knowledge in laser or automation
technologies, especially applications in IT, Semicon, Display and related
industries.
· Strong leadership and team management
skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation
abilities.
· Ability to travel internationally.
· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed
sales targets.
