Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Analyze banking data using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to generate insights and recommendations to optimize business processes

Develop analytical models and data visualizations to help business users better understand customer behavior and identify opportunities

Implement AI and machine learning techniques such as natural language processing and computer vision to automate data extraction and enhance analytics capabilities

Collaborate with engineering teams to build automated workflows and prompts using AI/ML technologies to streamline operations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics or statistics

2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics, with proven track record of delivering business impact through data-driven insights

Strong programming skills in Python or R for data wrangling, analysis, and visualization

Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques such as regression, clustering, neural networks

Knowledge of AI fundamentals and ability to apply techniques such as NLP, computer vision to automate processes

Proficient in Mandarin
