Client Engagement:

Sales Targets:

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of Go Gauge Logistics' products and services.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.

Proposal and Presentation:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Highlight the unique value propositions and benefits of Go Gauge Logistics' offerings.

Negotiation:
Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms to secure new business while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Resolve objections and concerns effectively to close deals.

KPI Achievement:
Develop a deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and work diligently to meet and exceed them.
Track and report on progress towards KPIs regularly.



Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

·      Proven track record with at least 5+ years of experience in logistics and sales, preferably in a key account management role.

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

·      Proficiency in logistics software and tools, including familiarity with supply chain management systems.

·      Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to address client challenges effectively
