Job Title: Machine Operator

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machines according to company guidelines.
  
• Set up machines before production runs and adjust settings as needed.
  
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
  
• Report major faults or malfunctions to the maintenance team for repairs.
  
• Follow workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations in Singapore.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient production.
  
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality.
  
• Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.
  
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• ITE Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred).
  
• Prior experience in operating industrial machinery is an advantage.
  
• Knowledge of machine safety standards and operational procedures.
  

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and machine specifications.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve machine issues.
  
• Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge to handle minor repairs.
  
• Attention to detail to ensure quality control and precision in production.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets.
  
• Good teamwork and communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and technicians.
