Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Manager for our Healthcare business in Singapore. The Marketing Manager will be in charge of the Pharmaceutical vertical of our Healthcare business.
General Responsibilities
Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
Develop, manage and evaluate implementation of marketing plans for products and services to achieve business objectives and marketing strategies
Establish annual marketing budget to align to clients' needs and marketing plans. Monitor marketing expenditures and highlight budget-to-actual variances
Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, etc. to identify market opportunities. Adjust marketing plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
Manage promotion activation and allocate resources to ensure effective execution of advertising and promotion activities
Manage product communication activities, launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, etc. to drive awareness of products/services
Prepare marketing reports/updates/analysis for management presentation and decision-making
Contribute to business planning with internal/external stakeholders (e.g. sales) in budgeting, marketing plans development, etc. to align to business priorities. Advise stakeholders on market sentiments
Manage ongoing relationships with external vendors and agencies (e.g. event organizers, advertising agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
Job Requirements
Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
Demonstrate sound knowledge in the company's products/services and application of marketing principles/practices
Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline
Master's in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration will be an added advantage
Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a similar role in Pharmaceutical Marketing or Senior Product Management
Minimum two to three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
