Job Description: NDT Technician - Level II

Position Title: NDT Technician - Level II

Location: Singapore

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)

Certifications: Must have valid PCN Level II certification in MPT (Magnetic Particle Testing) and PT (Penetrant Testing)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques including Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) and Penetrant Testing (PT).
   
2. Perform thorough inspections to identify defects and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
   
3. Analyze and interpret test results, documenting findings in detailed reports.
   
4. Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
   
5. Collaborate with quality control teams and engineers to support production and maintenance activities.
   
6. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
   
7. Assist in developing and updating NDT procedures as per project or client needs.
   
8. Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and support their training needs.
   
9. Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results and address any concerns.
   

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid PCN Level II certification in MPT and PT.
  
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Non-Destructive Testing.
  
• Strong knowledge of NDT principles, standards, and safety guidelines.
  

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in conducting and interpreting MPT and PT results.
  
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).
  
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle high-pressure situations.
