Online Sales and Customer Service Executive (Travel)

 Understand customers' requirements and recommend our products and  services.
 Provide quotations, follow ups and maintain necessary communication with customers.
 Follow up on sales enquiries from online channels, call-ins, emails, messages and/or referrals.
 Coordinate with the respective departments in terms of booking, aftersales and customer’s enquiry.
 Ensure the customer database is updated accurately and promptly.
 Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

5.5 days work a week (including at least one Sat/Sun)
No experienced candidates are welcome.
Willing to learn.
Proficient in speaking and typing English and Chinese.
Ability to speak and write Chinese to communicate with Chinese client (must)
Savvy in travel products and/or frequent travelers prioritized.
Ability to work on weekends is a must.
