Our client is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from inception to successful completion. As a vital member of their team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead and inspire project teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee their successful implementation.
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Implement quality control processes to deliver projects that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Monitor project costs and take proactive measures to control expenses and optimize project profitability.
- Prioritize the safety of all project participants by enforcing health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders.
- Address project-related challenges with creativity and efficiency, seeking innovative solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet their requirements and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years proven experience in project management within the Engineering & Construction industry.
- PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and excellence.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing project conditions.
