Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter Singapore?

THE MISSION?

Overseeing all purchasing and stock management 🧺, you ensure that Mama never runs out of anything, whether it’s food products 🍎 or items for the Shop 🛍️.

While adhering to defined stock levels 📊, you work closely with the Chef 👨‍🍳 and the F&B Director 🍷 to select the best products at the best prices 💰, ensuring we keep our prices affordable ⭐.

As a true conductor 🎼, you lead the receipt of deliveries 🚚, organise storage 🏷️, and supervise the teams managing the Shop 🤝. With your keen eye for detail 👀 and strong sense of organisation 🧠, Mama receives the right products ✅, in the right quantities ➕, and at the right prices 💸. If not, you follow the established procedures meticulously 📝.

As precise as clockwork⏰, you carry out a comprehensive monthly inventory 🗂️, enabling you to suggest the necessary adjustments 🔄 to optimise our costs and performance 🚀.
