We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, and hiring top-performing insurance agents / financial consultants to join our clients agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent recruitment skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent in the insurance industry
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experience
- Verify licenses, certifications, and background checks
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition
- Build relationships with insurance agencies, companies, and industry associations
- Stay informed about industry trends and talent needs
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in recruitment in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Professional certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CPR, PHR)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
