About the team
As a Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with the C-suite level of finance, legal, and technical groups with a global fintech environment with endless opportunities for success. Provide industry-leading solutions to prospective clients.


What you’ll own 

  • Manage relationships and multi-level merchant engagements. 
  • Strategic account mapping and planning
  • Retention, developing, and growing of each account.
  • Well versed with products and services offering, ability to cross-sell and upsell to achieve quota. 
  • Proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver best merchant engagement in experience.
  • Diligently create and manage pipeline with timely and accurate updates in salesforce.
  • Creatively generate and create best suited presentation materials for each internal and external meeting. 
  • Willingness to travel as and when if required.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.  

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of sales & account management experience interacting and partnering with senior management. 
  • Proficient in both speaking and writing in English and a secondary language (Hindi, Korean, Mandarin will be definite advantage)
  • Extensive experience as a Sales Executive in payments, fintech or financial services.
  • Understanding of eCommerce, payments, technology and change landscape.
