We are looking for a Post-Doctoral/Research Fellow to join our research projects on novel semiconductor devices (memory/transistor).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop baseline processes for novel memory/transistor test devices.
Fabricate high quality memory/transistor test devices.
Characterize test devices physically, analytically and electrically.
Analyze, organize and present experimental data.
Draft progress report/research proposal.
Job Requirements:
PhD degree in electronics engineering or material science/engineering or applied physics or related field
At least 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor device fabrication and characterization.
Familiarity with cleanroom fabrication tools and semiconductor device measurement instruments
Good written and oral communication skills (mandatory).
Proficient in cleanroom fabrication and test device characterization (physical/analytical/electrical), data analysis, organization and presentation.
Self-motivated, responsible, able and willing to self-learn and adapt to changing priorities, possess sharp observational skills, able to work independently as well as in a team.
