Requirement & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail, luxury goods, FMCG, or premium automobile sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Proven track record of driving revenue through successful collaborations.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a hands-on approach to team management.
Experience in planning and executing joint campaigns and offline activations.
