Responsibilities will include:
- Design and execute engaging orientation programs for retail teams.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.
- Act as a consultant to salespeople for challenges they face on the job.
- Work closely with Sales Director to identify training needs for individuals and teams.
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials.
The Successful Applicant
- Educational background in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- Certifications in training will be highly regarded.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer, or similar role.
- A passion to motivate employees to achieve targets
