Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for both local and remote users, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and maintain end-user devices, including installations, configurations, and updates.
• Manage IT assets, inventory tracking, tech refreshes, and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee IT procurement processes, including vendor coordination and cost management.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and ensure stock availability for end-user needs.
• Support and implement system updates and new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing requirements through routine audits.
• Assist in IT-related projects and handle ad-hoc IT tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proven expertise in task tracking and resolving IT issues efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
