You will work for Worldline’s Merchant Services Global Business Line. This is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance and Payment Terminal solutions. Merchant Services’ unique combination of payment, digital and transactional expertise allows merchants to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Payment Performance Consultant you will be responsible for analyzing client payment performance metrics (payment success rates, decline rates and reasons, etc.), producing and potentially presenting the resulting reports and recommendations to the internal and external clients. As part of Worldline Consulting Services, the Payment Performance Consultant will qualify, document the needs of the client, and design a statement of work with both client and Worldline’s Eterprise staff and lead the realization effort.
This role will present the work to the client together with the Worldline’s Sales group. You will demonstrate personal functional credibility in front of the internal and external customers. You may also coordinate efforts to import client data into the Worldline’s environment for re-presentment through comparative dashboards.
