Reporting to Group Rewards Manager, you will provide support in the delivery of the Group Rewards initiatives, programs and policies are reviewed and implemented in a sustainable manner.
• Responsible for supporting the Group Rewards initiatives.
• Provide analysis and research to support the execution of total rewards processes and solutions that align with business direction.
• Support in Job Architecture deployment plan and benefits review.
• Assist in the conduct of benchmarking, trend analyses and recommendations.
• Able to analyze and provide data insight & trend for decision making
• Responsible for project and operational support on Group Rewards projects and and operational requests
• Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel & Word
• Experience with HRIS and compensation management software
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Detailed oriented
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• 1-3 years of experience in the compensation and benefits administration or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
