Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

- Lead a team of testers to ensure quality and reliability of the bank's digital banking applications and platforms- Develop testing strategies and define test scenarios to cover all functions and features of new and existing applications - Oversee end-to-end testing of internet banking, mobile banking and payment systems- Ensure compliance of applications with industry security standards and bank's information security policies- Analyze bug reports and crash logs to identify root causes of issues and ensure bugs are rectified- Continuously monitor applications and platforms to identify gaps, bugs and security vulnerabilities

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of experience in software testing

- Strong technical skills in testing methodologies like automation, security, performance, usability testing etc.

- Hands-on experience leading medium to large sized testing teams

- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience testing financial applications, online banking and payment systems considered an advantage

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to work in fast-paced environment
