About the Role
Reporting to the department head, in your role as a liaison between customers and the IT department your responsibilities will include providing support to customers, offering technical assistance and guidance regarding the actuarial system. To ensure effective long-term planning for future actuarial and technical engagements, you will need to understand the requirements and provide internal support for complex and highly visible client issues. This involves identifying the root causes of issues (whether they lie in models, infrastructure, or applications) and determining the necessary steps to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with the product group and IT team to incorporate client requirements and address application issues within the product development lifecycle. Lastly, you will work closely with customers to facilitate a smooth transition and successful implementation, upgrade, and optimization of related activities.
