They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of Technical Officer (Building), to be based in Singapore.
Job Description:
Job responsibilities:
- Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for site issues.
- Monitor minor works/ A&A projects in progress by ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
- Coordinate with minor works/ A&A project teams and maintenance operations teams.
- Coordinate with all project officers, sub-contractors or own workers on day-to-day. progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Manage staff deployment for minor works/ A&A projects and process necessary administrative works.
- Conduct routine inspection of premises, facilities and equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance where necessary.
- Draft quotation and costing for minor works/ A&A projects.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc work assigned.
Job requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Air-Conditioning/ Building Services or equivalent.
- 3 years relevant experience in relating field.
- Experience in using MS Office for documentation and reports.
- Hardworking and able to multi-task.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in managing staff and customer service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Building maintenance experience will be an advantage.
