Guest Service Agent – 6-month
Contract (West/Up to $14hr)

Location: Central
Duties:
- Register and room all arrivals in accordance with Hotel standards, also
to assist with guests’ luggage when required.
- Perform personalized check-in, check-out and room change procedures
efficiently and promptly.
- Ensure all guest reservations data are entered into the Hotel system
accurately.
- Attend to guests’ enquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and
professional manner.
- Initiate and maintain effective communication within the department and
other departments.

Requirement:
- Open to work 5 days (shift hour)
