Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Development & Launch: Spearhead the development and timely launch of high net worth insurance products, ensuring seamless implementation across all channels
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, customer-centric insurance solutions, informed by deep understanding of customer needs and competitive analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Proactively communicate and manage key stakeholders, providing clear and effective updates on all high net worth life insurance matters.
- Product Training & Enablement: Oversee the development and delivery of effective product training materials, ensuring our advisors are equipped for success.
- Drive Product Sustainability: Identify and implement strategies to enhance product sustainability and optimise the customer post-purchase service journey, including persistency and claims management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives (leveraging Managing through Journeys framework) to improve customer and employee experiences, contributing significantly to overall business, customer and employee outcomes.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to all corporate standards, best practices, and relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. A postgraduate degree or professional qualification is a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, experience in insurance product development is preferred. Experience with high-net-worth segment is an advantage
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Excel skills including in-depth knowledge on use of pivots, formulas and data analysis qualities is an advantage
- PowerPoint skills with ability to translate data analysis into management decks
