Warehouse Administrator

The incumbent will provide support in coordinating the warehouse operations by ensuring accurate data entry in the WMS / Inventory System to achieve operational excellence.

• Accurately update data into the Warehouse Management System / Inventory system to maintain up-to-date records on a daily basis
• Assist with customers/suppliers’ inquiries via phone calls or email
• Ensures all inventory transaction is completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy
• Upkeep and file related documentation on time and accurately. (E.g., delivery orders, shipping documents, inventory records, etc.
• Plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Count in accordance with the company’s SOP
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement, and general matters for management review
• To ensure office areas are well maintained
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
