We are looking for a Corporate Administration executive who is meticulous to join our team. This support role is part of the Corporate Administration Department, which is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and organization. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of these administrative processes.

Job Scope:

Your responsibilities will extend to various administrative tasks, including providing transportation management for staff and guests primarily. Other admin duties will include ad-hoc courier services for staff cards, managing daily courier services between different office locations, conducting stock takes and procurement of items, overseeing stationery top-ups, and supervising the document collection and shredding process at vendor premises. As part of corporate administration, you will also be tasked with managing corporate vehicles, coordinating with vendors to oversee vehicle servicing, and addressing any issues related to corporate vehicles such as petrol cards. Additionally, you will be involved in facilities management duties, which include arranging meeting venues, promptly reporting any office faults, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of pantry equipment. Your role is also to assist to run errands as part of Corporate Admin team and/or any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Any related diploma or ITE in business administration, facilities management, or a related field. Additionally, qualifications in logistics, transportation management, would be beneficial.

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in any corporate administration, facilities management, and transportation logistics would be well-equipped to handle the diverse responsibilities of this position

  • Possess valid Class 3 driver's license with clean driving record with safe driving habits

  • Demonstrate professionalism, clear communication skills and good customer service skills.

  • Responsible, punctual, proactive and reliable.
