Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute market-specific sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue and brand awareness.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with travel agencies, airlines, media, and corporate partners.
  • Lead & motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify & convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends & consumer behaviors to fine-tune marketing initiatives.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring strong ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Indonesia.

What Were Looking For:

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales & marketing within hospitality or tourism, with a focus on Indonesia.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality (Masters preferred).
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth & market share expansion.
  • Strong leadership & team management skills to drive performance.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Deep knowledge of the Indonesian market, consumer preferences & cultural nuances.
  • Tech-savvy and digital marketing expertise, with a strong understanding of consumer trends.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel as part of the role.
  • Must be willing to be based in Singapore.
