Process the day-to-day operations to:
- support document management, data maintenance
- meet agreed SLA, and Staff Efficiency & Productivity targets
Responsibilities
BAU
- perform document and data extraction
- prepare letter/email draft for sign off
- maintain registers
- liaise and follow up with business units
Administration
- ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
- perform general clerical functions (including data maintenance, filing documents)
Requirements
- a diploma in any field
- banking experience in similar capacity preferred
- AML knowledge is advantageous
- independent, able to work with minimum supervision
