Job Description

Process the day-to-day operations to:

  • support document management, data maintenance
  • meet agreed SLA, and Staff Efficiency & Productivity targets

Responsibilities

BAU

  • perform document and data extraction
  • prepare letter/email draft for sign off
  • maintain registers
  • liaise and follow up with business units

Administration

  • ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
  • perform general clerical functions (including data maintenance, filing documents)

Requirements

  • a diploma in any field
  • banking experience in similar capacity preferred
  • AML knowledge is advantageous
  • independent, able to work with minimum supervision
  • detailed and meticulous
