On behalf of one of its clients, a company with 30+ years of expertise in designing, building, and maintaining professional spaces, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Enhance the company's brand reputation and market presence locally.
Build and strengthen a network of local partners and consultants to boost brand identity.
Identify and secure business opportunities (tenders/contracts) by leveraging relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, project management firms, tenants, and architects.
Provide regular reports to the International Direction on the commercial pipeline and business development progress.
Collaborate with the Country Manager and local team to prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
Represent the company at key real estate industry events, both locally and internationally.
Manage relationships with strategic partners alongside the International Team to expand the global client network.
Work closely with the Global Business Development team to drive cross-selling opportunities across the company’s services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in the local real estate market
- Proven track record working with investors, brokers, architects, etc.
- Highly motivated and flexible
- Ability to tackle challenges, including overcoming the limited reputation of the company's brand in the local market
- French language skills are an advantage to liaise with the team based in France
- Additional language skills are appreciated
