Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Executive:
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline representative of the company, ensuring a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Identify and respond to customer needs by providing appropriate technical advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and workshop personnel, to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and process quotations, debit notes, credit notes, work orders, material requisitions, and invoices.
- Provide technical recommendations and guidance to customers regarding service and repair needs.
- Negotiate repair pricing with customers while ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Recommend service contracts where applicable to enhance customer support.
- Raise job orders to workshops and contractors, ensuring timely and efficient service execution.
- Coordinate with service controllers and contractors to maintain quality standards and reasonable pricing for services rendered.
- Monitor and follow up on vehicle servicing and repairs, keeping customers informed of progress and expected timelines.
- Maintain and update service schedules, vehicle collection details, and customer communications.
- Conduct preliminary investigations into customer complaints and propose solutions within established guidelines.
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors for further resolution.
- Facilitate the collection of payments for services rendered.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NTC in Automotive Technology or a Diploma in Engineering (Land Transport) or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service or relevant experience in the automotive repair industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Maximo system is an added advantage.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 + Incentive + Flexi +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM, Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM
