Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage current and new customer accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to provide timely assistance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare and issue shipment quotes and coordinate shipments as per customer requirements.
- Multitask efficiently using various workspace tools and computer software.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Proficiency in multitasking and working with computer software programs.
- A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in customer service or coordination roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Salary:ο»Ώ Up to SGD 2,800 + VB ( 1 Month )
- Working Location:Β Jurong East
- Working Hours: 5 day work week, 8:30am - 5:30pm
