Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Officer:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage current and new customer accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to provide timely assistance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Prepare and issue shipment quotes and coordinate shipments as per customer requirements.
  • Multitask efficiently using various workspace tools and computer software.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and working with computer software programs.
  • A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in customer service or coordination roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

Additional Information:

  • Salary:ο»Ώ Up to SGD 2,800 + VB ( 1 Month )
  • Working Location:Β Jurong East
  • Working Hours: 5 day work week, 8:30am - 5:30pm
